I started to choose to work with U3D TIMELINE. But he does not support VR mode. So I chose Cinematic Sequencer – SLATE. Cinematic Sequencer – SLATE works fine on U3D5.43. However, U3D5.63 U3D2.17.2 can not be used.

My actor jumped off the plane.Use timeline in u3d

          Hello,

If you want to animate the actor manually, please disable the “Use Root Motion” option from the Animator Track, since when “Use Root Motion” is enabled, the actor position and rotation is overridden by the animator root motion.

Once you disable “Use Root Motion” in the Animator Track inspector, you will be able to move the actor freely 🙂

Let me know if that works for you.
          Thank you.

Can you take a screenshot to teach me how to move my actor? I uploaded my character to you. I canceled Apply Root Motion and can not move my cast. thank you very much.

                    Hello,

Once after you disable “Use Root Motion” on the Animator Track Inspector of the actor, you will be able to move and animate the actor’s position using (like in your screenshots), either the Animate Properties clip, or the Properties Track.

What do you mean exactly by saying that you are not able to move the actor?
                    Thank you.

                        You are very welcome.
Yes that is exactly what I meant. The “Use Root Motion” option in the Animator Track inspector itself 🙂
                        Thank you.
