I am having an issue where when I press play on the unity editor, I loose any effects applied to the render camera. It displays correctly scrubbing through the slate plug-in. I am using Unity 5.4.0f3.

Hello,

Can you please clarify what you mean by “lose”? Are the Image Effect components removed? (that would be definitely weird though).
Is there any steps I can take to reproduce this problem you are facing?
