To fix it, go into ParadoxNotionNodeCanvasFramework_CommonsDesignPartialEditorEditorUtilsEditorUtils_ReorderableList.cs and replace these lines(138):

1 2 3 4

var dropObj = list[i]; list[i] = pickObj; list[pickedIndex] = dropObj; pickedListIndex[list] = -1;

by these:

1 2	list.RemoveAt(pickedIndex); list.Insert(i, pickObj);
