Thanks for the extra info. It helped.

Here is the fix:

Replace the coroutine in the Filter with this:

IEnumerator Cooldown(){   currentTime = coolDownTime.value; while (currentTime > 0){ yield return null; currentTime -= Time.deltaTime; } }

Basicaly move the yield return null above the currentTime -= Time.deltaTime.
