Make sure your post processing preset(its a scriptable object somewhere in your asset folder) has depth of field enabled- make sure you ticked “use post processing stack”(or something like that) in the Slate preferences- then just adjust the focal range on the active camera and it should work- Also make sure you added the post processing scripts to Slate’s render camera- that’s an easy step to miss
