Since you are using Node/Flow Canvas with iOS, please open up the Preferred Types Editor Window and hit the “Build AOT.cs and link.xml files” as explained in the link bellow, so that Node/Flow Canvas can work correctly with iOS first, then please try again. [LINK]
If you have already done that, or if the problem persists, can you please post the log file of the player so that I can see what the problem was and apparently fix it. For your convenience here is the unity manual link related to log files location: [LINK]
