CAN AN ARTIST TO HELP ME WITH A PROJECT THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR THE PAST

Can anyone tell me from where I can find an excellent artist to work with, I need a children’s book illustrator to help me with a project that I have been working on for the past few months. However, for that matter, I do not have a significant budget to work with. I need information regarding cheap children’s book illustrators; please share with me if you have had experience working with an illustrator. I would also like to know that does the price you pay affect the quality of work that you receive. Please share with me your perspectives, suggestions, and thoughts in the comments section below.
