Dynamic Shot Controller won't blend to next shot

When using the Dynamic shot controller I cannot seem to blend to another shot. After passing the dynamic shot on the timeline it remains on the dynamic shot and does not blend.

I forgot to check the box for email notifications, so replying to myself to be sure I am notified

Sorry for the late reply.
If you want to blend in to the next camera shot, FROM the previous shot, then you will need to select that “next shot”, set it’s “Blend In Effect” to “Ease In” and give it the desired amount of Blend In you want it to have.
