      Hello,
This question has probably been asked.
Is it possible to separate the edit window (the one with the tasks in Action for example) from the Tree edit view ?
Because it very annoying to have the edit windows overlapping the tree. Especially if you click a node on the place where the edit windows will expand.
I know it is possible to collapse the windows, but often it is necessary to have it always open when creating tasks from node to node. Because the size change depending the number of task it can overlap very easily and it is difficult to anticipate.
So a specific window you can put anywhere like inspector would be wonderfull.
      Best

        Hello Eric,

Sorry for the late reply due to Eastern vacation.

Yes this is possible already. You can enable the “External Inspector”, through “Tools/ParadoxNotion/NodeCanvas/External Inspector Panel” 🙂
This will do exactly what you suggest; a new inspector panel will open up for editing nodes and which will replace the internal overlay panel which exists by default. To disable the External Inspector if so required later, you simply need to close it 🙂

        Thanks.
