Getting value of an array or list in an inspector

It would be great if you could get the value of an index in a list or array in a variable BBParameter in the inspector.
Or even use lists or arrays in the inspector as BBParameter.
For example, i have a string array with the name of my animations, and want to use as a parameter for the action Play Animation. Is more practical than creating a variable for each animation name.
