Problem with blackboard data binding in V2.5.6

Hi Gavalakis,

After upgrading NodeCanvas to 2.5.6 it is no longer possible to bind blackboard variables to fields/properties on other components besides the FMSOwner component.

Am I doing something wrong ?

It seems like a problem on Mac menus.
Can you please open up BlackboardEditor.cs and change lines #67 to #77 to be like the following:

Please let me know if this changes fixes the disabled items.

Hi Gavalakis

It seems to have fixed the problem, remember to also fix line #242 to #252.

There is still some disabled menu items, but I’m not sure if this is how it should work.

Thanks for letting me know.
Yes, disabled items are indeed supposed to show. They are just there so that it’s clear which of them have and which do not have something to bind the variable to.
