Is there a reroute pin with shortcut to help organise the noodles?

Do you mean a way to quickly disconnect a connection from one port and move it to another port, or something different?
If so, unfortunately there is not shortcut for that right now, but it is something I want to add soon! 🙂

I mean to make the lines take right angles or just draw around other nodes to visually organize the graph like in Blender and Blueprints.

I see what you mean.
It “kind of” exists something similar in FlowCanvas, but it is actually a node, called “Identity”:

It is certainly not the same, but I think it is a good solution? 🙂
I think I could probably make a keyboard shortcut for creating this type of node quicker/easier as well!
