Upgrade Option From NodeCanvas

Don’t mind me asking, I have both NodeCanvas and SLATE. I am wondering if it’s possible to create an upgrade option from NodeCanvas to flowCanvas. I know there is an upgrade option from flowCanvas to nodeCanvas, so it’ll be fair for someone who bought the assets in the opposite sequence 🙂 .

I don’t really need flowCanvas as much as the rest, since I find coding to be much faster. But your assets has been so well designed, I’d love to try it if there’s an upgrade option.

First of all thanks a lot for using NodeCanvas and Slate, as well as of course for your interest in FlowCanvas and your positive feedback! 🙂

I would really love to provide a discount FROM NodeCanvas TO FlowCanvas, but unfortunately the Unity Asset Store simply does not allow me to do so, because it allows an “upgrade” option from package A to package B, if package B has a higher price than package A (like so is the case of FlowCanvas -> NodeCanvas).

I have even personally contacted Unity Asset Store team to give me an option to do this, but they just replied that “it’s not possible” due to the above reason.
Hopefully Unity allow us publisher to do this in the near future.

Hi, I think you might be mistaken. Uber and RTP is doing exactly this. Incidentally I want to get RTP due to this upgrade option.

Yes, I know that some publishers have done this and I also told that so in my email to Unity as of how they did it (since clearly there is no option to allow me in the admin page).
They simply stated “While some publishers have found a way to do this, this is not the intended usage and it’s no possible”. I really don’t know what to make out of this reply.

I am very sorry, but I honestly would instantly do what you suggest if only I was able to do so somehow, since a discount from NodeCanvas TO FlowCanvas is something I want to allow for a long time now.
